Warranty and After-Sales Service Commitment
We have full confidence in the quality and durability of our products. This warranty policy is intended to clarify the rights you are entitled to and the responsibilities we assume.
1. General Provisions
This warranty policy applies solely to the original purchaser who buys the product through the company's official channels (including the official website and officially authorized online platforms). Warranty rights are non-transferable.
2. Warranty Period

3. Warranty Coverage
During the warranty period, for failures caused by material or manufacturing defects, we will provide the following services:
- Free repair of faulty components.
- If repair is not feasible, replacement of the faulty component with a fully functional component of the same model or similar performance, or even replacement of the entire machine.
- All replaced components or products shall inherit the remaining warranty period of the original product.
4. Non-Warranty Coverage
The following situations are not covered by the warranty, but paid repair services are available:
- Artificial Damage: Including but not limited to impact, drop, liquid ingress (water, beverages, etc.), improper use or operation.
- Natural Aging of Consumables: Such as normal wear and tear of the ball delivery wheel (excluding abnormal wear caused by material defects).
- Unauthorized Disassembly or Repair: Any repair, modification, or disassembly performed by personnel not authorized by the company.
- Force Majeure: Including natural disasters or accidents such as fire, flood, earthquake, and lightning strike.
- Regular Maintenance: Such as machine cleaning and maintenance are not covered by the warranty.
- Failures caused by the use of non-original or incompatible accessories and balls specified by the manufacturer.
Warranty Application Process
If your product requires warranty service, please follow these steps:
- Contact Customer Service: Visit the [Support Center] on the website or send an email to admin@vidorsport.com, describing the specific fault phenomenon.
- Provide Information: Submit your order number, product serial number, and a detailed description of the fault (photos or short videos are recommended).
- Fault Diagnosis: Our technical support team will first assist you in diagnosing and attempting to resolve the issue through remote means.
- Send for Repair: If on-site repair is indeed necessary, we will generate a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number for you and inform you of the shipping address. Shipments sent without authorization will not be processed.
- Inspection and Handling: After receiving the product, our engineers will conduct an inspection. If the fault is covered by the warranty, we will provide free repair and bear the return shipping cost; if it is not covered by the warranty, we will provide an inspection report and a repair quotation.
Limitation of Liability
This warranty policy is the sole and exclusive guarantee provided for the product and supersedes all other express or implied warranties. Under no circumstances shall our company's maximum liability be limited to the repair or replacement of defective products.
